• Development of broad BEE transformative transactional advisory; employee share ownership programs (ESOP). This includes designing ESOP principals that entails the following:
    • ESOP Structure: Setting up ESOP structures whereby a trust will be established, and qualifying workers within the subject entity/entities will receive units and/or equity
    • ESOP structure costing :This entails the ESOP strutucre funding mechanism either through (i) vendor financing , (ii) third party financing such as institutional loans and (ii) a combination of both. That also entails designing a dividend and a service loan ratio
    • ESOP Governance: This relates to the capitalization of the employee representatives of the ESOP and their duties ,roles and responsibilities to the respective employee beneficiaries
    • ESOP Duration: Negotiating of ESOP duration, ESOP tenure benefits and exit benefits for qualifying employees
    • Qualifying Participants/Employees: Development of a mechanism to identify, valuate and evaluate qualifying employees in respect of an ESOP structure
