• Development and   implementation   of   Supplier   Development   and   Enterprise Development strategies, including development of business plans, mentoring, establishment of financial and operational systems. This includes but is not limited to:
    • Developing and implementing designated class of (i) products; inputs and services as well as identifying the relevant beneficiaries who are involved in the manufacturing; production and provision of services
    • Developing and implementing the means and mechanisms to fulfil the objects of the relevant funds to be disbursed to beneficiaries.
    • Monitoring and auditing of the funds allocated to relevant beneficiaries of ESD programs as well as interventionist mechanisms in the instance of none-compliance and implementation
    • The generation of quarterly and annual reports on the activities of ESDs in respect of implementation, performance and compliance of the relevant ESD beneficiaries in respect of ESD programs
